14. Our refunds policy

Cancellation of any job booked with us can be made no less than 48 hours before the service was scheduled to take place. If cancellation of the scheduled cleaning session is made within 48 hours, Magic Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to charge the full fee.

Any job cancelled less than 48 hours before its agreed date and arrival window will incur a ÂŁ45 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made prior to 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

If Magic Carpet Cleaning fails to provide the service on the agreed day, an alternative day will be arranged which is acceptable to the client. If no alternative date can be arranged within 7 days, Magic Carpet Cleaning will refund the full charge of the service. Any refund due will be made within a further 7 days.
